It is ideal for anyone that is recovering from illness or injury who finds they need to gain their confidence again before joining a class, or for those who would just like a personal yoga session where the focus is entirely on their own practice. This may be to work on specific areas such as flexibility and mobility to improve an individual’s golfing or tennis skills, or simply to find a moment to escape from the vicissitudes of life. (I also specialise in post -operative work for hip and knee replacements or shoulder repairs . I also have experience working with people with chronic lung conditions; post- traumatic stress, cancer related issues and neurological disorders. In each instance individuals have found significant health benefits from the work we have done together.)
Sessions are generally 75 minutes long and times are available generally during the day Tuesday to Saturdays at my peaceful home studio in Odiham.
