Private Tuition

Private tuition is an excellent opportunity to work at a one-on-one level thus allowing for individual attention to specific areas of development. It is ideal for anyone that is recovering from illness or injury who finds they need to gain their confidence again before joining a class, or for those who would just like a personal yoga session where the focus is entirely on their own practice. This may be to work on specific areas such as flexibility and mobility to improve an individual’s golfing or tennis skills, or simply to find a moment to escape from the vicissitudes of life. ( I  specialise in  post -operative  work for such things as hip and knee replacements or shoulder repairs. )

Sessions are generally 75 minutes long and times are available generally during the day Monday-Friday . Sometimes other sessions can be arranged for the evenings or weekends too. The session generally consists of 5 minutes of breath work and relaxation at the start, followed by 60 minutes of asana (posture work) practice to suit the individual’s needs and finishes with  10 minutes of relaxation. Sessions are available from  mid summer  2018 in Odiham . They can be at your own home too if you live in or near to Odiham.

Please note that a booked private yoga session that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice must be paid for in full. There is no charge for cancellations where more than 24 hours notice is given.
